Welcome to my world ...
Luke Tipple is a marine biologist, wildlife production consultant, Speaker and TV personality. He is also the Director of the non-profit Shark-Free Marinas.
Originally hailing from Adelaide, Australia, his travels have taken him around the globe working as a tour guide, dive instructor, research scientist, trip director and ocean consultant. Currently he is based in L.A. but is most frequently found out on the waters of the Bahamas or Pacific Ocean working and diving with sharks.
He has appeared on Discovery Channels "Mythbusters", Ushuaia Nature, Spike TV, Playboy TV and many more. Luke is also sought after as a speaker where his subject matter, 'Sharks Don't Scare me' raises a few eyebrows and heartrates!
Along with regularly coordinating potential life and death situations he is just as passionate about working to educate and inspire people about the beauty and science of the ocean. Seeking to serve as an ambassador for the oceans and sustainable resource use he has committed his life to the pursuit of a better future for the planet.
